Payments are to be made at the time of service.

For your convenience, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card payments are welcome; as well as cash and personal checks.  A $35 service fee will be added to the face value of all personal checks returned due to insufficient funds (NSF).

Tips are not accepted at Adieu LLC.  All clients deserve outstanding service at every treatment so quality service is built into the rates you pay.  Please remember when comparing competitor prices that your continued patronage at Adieu LLC is gratuity enough.

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved especially for you.  If you are unable to keep the appointment you have reserved and need to cancel or reschedule 24-hours notice is required to avoid being charged for a missed appointment.  Emergencies occur, but your consideration is appreciated because your scheduled time generally cannot be made available to other clients with less than 24 hours notice.

All of the personal information collected by Adieu LLC is kept completely confidential.  It is not shared with anyone without your written permission, or as required by law.
