All clients are served by appointment so the office may or may not be open if you simply stop by without a scheduled appointment. Therefore, please call ahead to reserve a time especially for you---particularly if you’re coming from out of town.
Appointments are available Monday - Friday, including some evening hours to accommodate your schedule. If you require a particular appointment time please book it early to ensure that time slot is reserved for you. Same-day appointments are rarely available so it’s important to plan ahead.
Every client’s scheduled treatment time is respected and will not be interrupted by phone calls. As a cost savings measure there isn’t a receptionist on staff so if you call the office and your phone call cannot be immediately answered a private voice mail will always be available. All calls will be returned promptly. If you are calling for an appointment, please be sure to leave your name, phone number and the date/time you would like to reserve.
Your scheduled appointment is reserved especially for you so if you need to cancel or reschedule please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for the appointment. Emergencies occur, but your consideration is appreciated because your scheduled time generally cannot be made available to other clients with less than 24 hours notice.
Promptness is requested to ensure your full treatment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time so as not to inconvenience other clients. Thank you for your consideration!
